On Market Days the Market will be open to Dealers from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Dealers are required to open during public Market hours. Dealers who consistently do not open during public Market hours may not be renewed booth rental at the Market’s discretion. The Market reserves the right to lock up any Dealer’s booth and to levy a fine if a Dealer is not open when Market employees walk the Market for the purpose of determining which Dealers are open for business. Any dealer or person on the property at the time other than scheduled Dealer hours will be considered trespassing and may be subject to a fine or legal action.
To permit Dealer access for moving in, restocking, and maintenance of the Dealer’s booth, the Market will open to Dealers only from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the day before and the day after Market Days. These days are known as Set Up Days.
Dealers moving out of the Market are required to move out on the last day of the Reservation period for which a Reservation Fee has been paid. Any dealer who has not paid for the next reservation period shall move their inventory out of the last day of their paid reservation. Storage fee of $25.00 per booth, per calendar day will be charged to those failing to clear their booths on time. Should a dealer fail to remove his merchandise and fixtures on time, the Market will move these items into storage at a moving charge of $25.00 per hour. Merchandise and fixtures shall be stored for seven days, with Dealer to bear all liabilities for damages or loss. After seven days it is agreed that the merchandise is abandoned property, and the Market is entitled to dispose of the abandoned merchandise and fixtures as it sees fit with no liability to the Market whatsoever for damages of the value of the property.
